Entered the jewelry industry in 1973. Active in the local art scene and an avid collector of art, crafts, and gemstones. Juried shows for New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival and Arts Council. President of Symmetry Jewelers and Riverbend Merchants Association.

Jewelry designer, master hand engraver, and graphic designer in New Orleans for over 35 years, Tom Mathis is one of the owners and CEO of Symmetry Jewelers. He is Symmetry's in-house designer. Using the latest in 3D computer technology and old world craftsmanship, he has truly turned the craft of jewelry-making back into the fine art form it once was.

Joining the business in 1980, Judie has been the CFO and driving force of Symmetry's financial stability. While managing banking, investments, and controlling cash flow, her presence on the sales floor has additionally contributed to our growing success.

Nicole is currently apprenticing in the jewelry business and intends to continue her career in the future as a second generation Symmetry owner.

She is currently enrolled in The Gemological Institute of America's Diamond Grading Course and will continue with her education to eventually receive her Graduate Gemologist's Degree.

Anna has been in the jewelry business for over 8 years. She received her Graduate Diamond degree from the Gemological Institute of America and is scheduled to receive her Graduate Gemologist's Degree in the Fall of 2010.

Darleen has been with Symmetry since 1985. Along with being our office manager, she also is our in-house stringer and designs her own line of pearl and stone jewelry.
